From lead artist Meg Cundiff:

Three of my most favorite things are COLOR which just makes me so darn happy and hopeful, and QUOTES which always remind me of the person I hope to grow into, and NATURE which inspires and reminds me how lucky I am to live in a town with so many gardeners and nature lovers! For all these reasons I’m so honored to be able to splash color and quotes and nature here on this empty library wall!!

When I first moved here I didn’t know very many people and the library was the first place to welcome me with open arms. I was so grateful for the internet (which I didn’t have) and the wealth of books (especially the five zillion books they have ordered in for me from other libraries!!). And for not charging me for all the overdue fines involved, ha ha ha. And most importantly, the lovely incredible friendly faces (Anne Walker being one of them woo hoo) behind the desk who helped steer me to whatever I needed in the library and everywhere in Baldwin. Such an overflowing wealth of information and kindness inside this library! Love, love, love it!!!

I hope this mural and lil’ harmony garden bring smiles and inspiration to everyone who passes by. And don’t forget to always give those instruments a great big bangclang to spread good juju all through Baldwin!!
